Shipping

How long does delivery take? We deliver within 3–5 business days for standard shipping across South Africa.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is free on orders over R800. A flat rate applies to orders below that.

Do you ship internationally? We currently ship within South Africa only. International shipping is coming soon!

Returns

What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

How do I initiate a return? Email us at hello@mcbliss.co.za with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Are there items that can't be returned? For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective.

Product Care

How should I store my McBliss products? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of our natural ingredients.

Do your products have an expiry date? Yes — each product has a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol indicating how long it's safe to use after opening.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our formulations are made with natural ingredients, but we recommend doing a patch test before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
