At Mc Bliss, we take great care in packaging and quality control; however, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a refund or replacement by contacting us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, and all claims are subject to review before approval.
